Batool qualified as a Speech and Language Therapist from Ziauddin University in Pakistan in 2023. Prior to graduating, she gained valuable experience working in specialist provisions, alongside working with patients with hearing needs and in hospital settings with aphasia, dysarthria, dysphagia, and voice disorders.

After graduating, Batool worked at a family-led school called “Different not less” and within a private practice in Karachi, where she continued to develop her clinical skills and passion for supporting diverse communication needs.

Batool is also the proud sibling of an autistic family member, bringing lived experience and personal insight to her practice.

Batool has a particular interest in bilingualism, alongside interests in executive functioning, gestalt language processing, and play-based therapy, all delivered through a neurodiversity-affirming approach.
