Gracie qualified as a Speech and Language Therapist from City University, London. Gracie joined the team in September 2022. Gracie works across our mainstream primary schools and has experience supporting children with a diverse range of speech, language and communication needs.

Gracie has a keen interest in autism, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), gestalt language processing (GLP), and inclusive approaches for children with complex needs.

Gracie works collaboratively with teachers, SENCos, other professionals, and families to embed communication support into everyday classroom practice. She is passionate about supporting mainstream schools to be truly inclusive by empowering and upskilling staff through practical, evidence-based strategies. Her approach is child-centred, strengths-based, and focused on helping every child access a functional, meaningful way to communicate and thrive within their school environment.
